Document Requirements

Applicants are required to follow the procedure below:

  1. Recent formal photograph (JPG or PNG max. 300 KB)
  2. Colour scan of valid passport having at least 18 months of validity (cover page & identity page).
  3. Certificate of graduation from the latest education institution (in English)
  4. Academic transcripts from the latest education institution (in English)
  1. Recent health certificate (in English or Indonesian language)
  2. Curriculum Vitae (template provided)
  3. Financial statement (template provided)
  4. Personal statement (template provided)
  5. Certificate of Indonesian language proficiency (strongly preferred)
  6. Certificate of English language proficiency
  7. Letter of recommendation #1, from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor (for master and doctoral program)
  8. Letter of recommendation #2, from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor (for master and doctoral program)
  9. Preliminary research proposal to be developed into a dissertation (for doctoral program)

How to Apply

Applicants are required to follow the procedure below:

  1. Applicants choose the study program that fits their interest.
  2. Applicants prepare the required documents.
  3. Applicants submit an online application by uploading and filling out an online form.
  4. Administrative selection by the admission committee.
  5. Interview selection.
  6. Successful candidates will be announced in the student admission account, along with the Letter of Acceptance.
  7. Students send a confirmation email to [email protected] or WhatsApp Number : +62821-3927-2506 for further assistance (study permit and student visa document preparation).
  8. Students come to UNIMUS upon receiving notification from International Relations Office (IRO) UNIMUS.
  1. High School graduate or equivalent
  2. Be able to attend an interview over zoom or google meet application
  3. Have a letter of interest
  4. Letter of recomendation from goverment or institution
  5. Have a willingness to learn Bahasa Indonesia (join BIPA class in Semester 1)
  6. Recent health certificate (include color blind status for Health Science faculty and Chemistry education program)
